Know what your responsibility is for returning a product before purchasing
from ANY company.
Unlike most all other companies, customers are ONLY responsible for
the return shipping. There is NO original shipping cost, restocking fee,
or mattress recycling fee.
Emattress.com will also arrange the pick up of the product being returned
and only charge the exact cost of the return shipments at our discount
off street rates. There is no easier or less expensive way offered by
ANY company that we know of, should you decide to return the product.

| What is the 90 night trial? |

| The eMattress.com free 90-night trial is simple:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within
90-days for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. |

| When does the trial start? |
| |
| The trial begins the day the mattress is delivered
to you. |
| |
| Is this trial available for all your products? |
| |
| It is available only on mattress purchases.
It is not available on adjustable bed bases, metal frames, pillows,
cushions, sheets or custom sizes. These items are *non-returnable* |

| How do I ship the product back? |
| |
| Contact Customer Service at 802-447-1166 between
the hours of 9am and 5pm EST. M-F. Please let us know what the
problem is with your bed. We will try everything in our power
to accommodate you. If we are not able to rectify your situation
and find your personal comfort level, you will be given an RMA
(return of merchandise authorization) number. The number will
be put on the boxes you are returning and shipped back to our
manufacturing plant in NY State. Consumer is responsible for
return shipping costs. |

| After returning the bed, how long until I
receive my refund? |

| It takes approximately 1-2 weeks to process
your refund once the product is received at the plant. To expedite
matters you can contact us to verify that the order has been
received. Please understand that the order has to be inspected
to verify that all items have been returned in good condition. |

| What happens after 90 nights? |
| We offer one of the longest warranties in the
business, It is a reflection of our commitment to unwavering
quality and premium product integrity. Please note: If an order
is cancelled after it has already shipped, or in the case of
a refusal, the customer will be responsible for any and all freight
charges. This includes the original freight cost to the customer,
as well as the cost of the return to our warehouse, plus a 15%
handling charge. |

| Why offer a 90 night trial when others offer
only 30 nights? |

| Sleep studies show that the body needs an acclamation
period of 4-6 weeks to start feeling the benefits of a new surface.
For this reason we ask for 30 nights before any returns are made |

| What if I want to purchase a different bed? |
| |
| You will be given full credit for another purchase,
less shipping. We manufacture many different mattresses and would
love to accommodate you. |
