eMattress.com, owned by WCW Inc., is a custom manufacturer. We make each mattress to order. This may take your mattress slightly longer to receive than other companies, but you are always assured of only the best available materials at any given time. We do not mass produce our products and store them for months before they are shipped.
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, and increasing market demand for our products.
Normal shipping time for your product to be made and leave our factory is 7 to 14 business days.
To track your order once you have obtained a tracking number or pro number, use the links below. If you have provided an e-mail address your tracking information will be automatically sent when your product has been shipped
