the only fiber that can wick moisture away from
your skin and keep you cool and dry, creating an
optimal sleeping environment. Other materials
can only absorb moisture leaving you feeling
damp and possibly

| WHY WE RECOMMEND A
WOOL COVER VS. Synthetic or Pillow Top Covers
Wool is an amazing material. Man has not been
able to duplicate this fiber. Wool's unique
construction allows it to absorb up to 30% of
its weight in moisture, without feeling wet. The
reason for this is that it contains keratin,
which is very rich in amino acids that bind
easily with water molecules. Wool is
particularly hydrophilic when water is present
in the form of vapor. This enhances wool's
ability to pull moisture away from the body,
keeping you cool in the summer and warmer in the
winter.
The absorption/evaporation process works in
hot weather to help keep the body cooler.
Evaporation of perspiration is the body's
natural cooling device. Wool helps this process
along by absorbing body vapors. This aids in
reducing skin temperature. Also, much of the
