sorry I haven't got back to you regarding the comfort of my mattress! My comments are that I've tried many different mattresses, but this one provides the comfort while sleeping and relief when I get out of bed. The mattress contours to my back, neck and spine and stretches my vertibrae. This takes pressure off my spine and relieves the tension. I've been in law enforcement for 29 years and have had back problems for just as many years. Although I have not had any back operations, I often experienced strains, slipped discs and pulled muscles in my back. I would recommend this bed to anyone who experiences these difficulties. Not a cure all, but something to experience instead of the run of the mill mattresses.

Although we are more than pleased with our mattress purchase from you we wanted to tell you this littlestory that talks best to product satisfaction.
About a month ago we had a whole bunch of people staying at our house overnight. My wife, Marilyn and I opted to sleep in one of the smaller bedrooms and letmy son, Jason and his wife Anna sleep in our bedroom. The next morning Anna came out of our bedroom and said to my wife that even though the mattress in our other (large) bedroom was very comfortable, this mattress (meaning your e-mattress) was the most comfortable mattress she had ever slept on.
We, of course, agree since we have been sleeping on it for the past few years.
Keep up the good work.

The mattress is great and so worth the price. I don't see the difference between this and the brand name. I don't find it too hot at all, but then again I personally like it warm. It's like being sucked into this marvelous giant jell-o that doesn't jiggle. Every inch of your body is supported. If you lie on your side, your hip and your shoulder sinks in more than your waist and legs - just like the picture in the brand name logo. So it's firm and soft all at the same time. It's amazing! I love it.

Dear Donna,
Brad has been working double shifts for the last month (16's) and has only had ~3-1/2 hrs sleep at a time. EVERY TIME he wakes up, he is SO HAPPY! He can't believe that he can get up without a back ache!Today when he got into the bed, he laughed and said "oh, yes! cuddle me mattress!" Regardless to say, he is EXTREMELY HAPPY with it! He awakes without an aching back, and really wants me to get one too. His is too hard for me, I would need a much softer one. I will contact you when the time comes for me...
