I have been remiss in contacting you and thanking you for the pillows. They add the finishing touch to my "perfect mattress."
As you said, it took a small amount of time to get used to the extra firmness after a flotation bed, but I LOVE IT now and always enjoy a great nights sleep with no back, hip or shoulder pain.

I'm writing to commend Donna on her excellent customer service.
I work very hard for my money and I don't part with it easily. I called Donna several times and gave her the third degree on the powered "Zone Air" beds and each time she was helpful and courteous. She never became annoyed with me even though I probably was a royal pain. And due to her patience and understanding, she made a sale.
I was so pleased with her and your product, that I have recommended your company to several friends.

It was a pleasure to finally talk to someone who knew and was enthusiastic about their product.
I have been trying to purchase a new mattress for over a week now and could not find a company who would or could explain the differences in foam, covers, construction, etc. I kept getting the same old sales BS.
As a chemical engineer and Regional sales VP for a $100 MM + specialty chemical eng. corp. I would want to know that: as new customer I have talked to most of your online competition and you are offering better materials and construction at a much lower price. Along with qualified people to explain/sell your product.
Everyone was fast to tell me to just buy it and I could send it back before the trial period for a refund. Thats all most of them actually knew.
You have the longest trial period and best warranty because I don't expect Many people need to send anything back.
ps.. don't raise my cost but it seems this bed should be at least $2500 and you would still be lower than the competition for their most similar
product.

Hi Donna,
just wanted to let you know just how pleased we are with our new e-mattress. I did some research on theses beds and was leary to ordering this on-line for the price was a 1/3 of the cost of the thermapedic mattress and foundation. But with the density being 5lbs and thermapedic being 5.3 lbs and your encouragement I ordered the set and it is just absolutely wonderful to lay and sleep on. Also, I have suffered from heart burn at night for the last 20 years and the first night on the new E-mattress I noticed I didn't have any heartburn, not even alittle. I really didn't give it anymore thought. Then night after night of not having any heartburn at all I realized it had to be our new mattress and the balance of my spinal cord being held in just the exact position that I no longer had any heartburn!!! What a BONUS!! Please let all you pre-customers know this for it is very important to any heartburn sufferers, I should know, I use to be one....
